John Yarrall has many years' experience using Microsoft Word and developing templates and document automation in a corporate environment and for small businesses. He is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist Expert in Microsoft Word

John has been with WorkWrite since 2002. He develops templates, macros and documentautomation for WorkWrite's clients and wrestles (successfully) with large Word documents. John has presented successful workshops in advanced use of Microsoft Word for technical communicators.

Janet Wainscott has a long and successful track record producing clear, well structured, professional communications. Janet is experienced in training delivery and in developing learning materials. She has written laerning materials on communication and law-related subjects.
